Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping and Priority Shipping
In most cases your order will ship in two business days. Custom order shipping and handling time frames will be discussed on a case by case basis. 

We offer free Standard USPS shipping on certain products. Otherwise shipping  rates and fees are determined based on specific product weights and sizes and location. 


All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? 

We offer international shipping to most countries. Free shipping is only offered to USA address and some 
Free Standard USPS shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please check your email for tracking and shipment information. If the package is damaged or lost please contact the delivery service with your tracking number to inquire making a damage claim. Cat Redmond Art is not responsible for incorrect address entries at the time of checkout. Please double-check your address to make sure it is correct. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
